Hi! I've been loosely keeping track of this on my other blog, but I think I'll start doing it here again because it will be easier for me to find my previous weights. So for my ease:
I started at 179.4 lbs.
Last week I was 176.1 lbs.
This week I am 174.6 lbs.
So it's coming off, very slowly, but it is coming off. And since I don't think I'm trying very hard, I'm fine with that!
I'm at work, so I must go. I will post more as we go along!
